A DNA sequence encoding the full-length human Steroid 21-hydroxylase (CYP21A2) protein was fused with a 6xHis tag at the N-terminus and then expressed in the yeast. The forming protein is the Recombinant Human CYP21A2 protein, which contains 494 amino acids. Its purity was measure by SDS-PAGE and reached up to 90%. This in-stock recombinant CYP21A2 protein is not only used for antibody synthesis but also in the studies of signal transduction.
