The recombinant Human AHSA1 protein synthesis in e.coli cells necessitates the incorporation of a DNA fragment encoding the Human AHSA1 protein (1-338aa) into a plasmid vector, followed by the transformation of this vector into e.coli cells. Acts as a co-chaperone of HSP90AA1. Activates the ATPase activity of HSP90AA1 leading to increase in its chaperone activity.
