The antibody against rpc53 was raised in rabbit using the Recombinant Schizosaccharomyces pombe (Fission yeast) rpc53 protein (58-196) as the immunogen. This antibody exists as a non-conjugated isotype IgG, purified by protein G with a purity greater than 95%. This antibody has been validated on ELISA, WB.

Target Name
RPC53
Target Function
DNA-dependent RNA polymerase catalyzes the transcription of DNA into RNA using the four ribonucleoside triphosphates as substrates. Specific peripheric component of RNA polymerase III which synthesizes small RNAs, such as 5S rRNA and tRNAs. Essential for tRNA synthesis. The RPC53/RPC4-RPC37/RPC5 subcomplex is required for terminator recognition and reinitiation.
