To achieve the expression of the recombinant Human TMEM219 protein in e.coli cells, a DNA fragment encoding the Human TMEM219 protein (39-204aa) is inserted into a plasmid vector, which is then transferred to e.coli cells. After screening positive cells, they are cultured and induced to creat the TMEM219 protein. The protein features a N-terminal 10xHis tag and C-terminal Myc tag fusion. The recombinant Human TMEM219 protein is purified from the cell lysate through affinity purification. The purity of the obtained recombinant Human TMEM219 protein is greater than 90%, measured by SDS-PAGE.
