An appropriate expression vector successfully incorporates the full-length human PPP1R1B gene fragment, spanning amino acids 1-168 and featuring an N-terminal 6xHis-tag. Subsequently, the recombinant expression vector harboring the PPP1R1B gene fragment is introduced into competent E. coli cells. Following a meticulous selection process, the transformed cells are cultured to enable the expression of the desired recombinant protein. After a suitable induction period, the E. coli cells are harvested and lysed, resulting in the release of cellular contents, including the expressed recombinant PPP1R1B protein. SDS-PAGE analysis reveals the purity of the obtained human PPP1R1B protein to surpass 90%.
