Rabbit anti-Human ARHGAP9 Polyclonal Antibody

The antibody against ARHGAP9 was raised in rabbit using the Synthesized peptide derived from the Internal region of Human ARHGAP9. as the immunogen. This antibody exists as a non-conjugated isotype IgG. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen. This antibody has been validated on WB, IHC, ELISA.

  • Target Species

    Human

  • Target Name

    ARHGAP9

  • Target Full Name

    Rho GTPase-activating protein 9

  • Target Function

GTPase activator for the Rho-type GTPases by converting them to an inactive GDP-bound state. Has a substantial GAP activity toward CDC42 and RAC1 and less toward RHOA. Has a role in regulating adhesion of hematopoietic cells to the extracellular matrix. Binds phosphoinositides, and has the highest affinity for phosphatidylinositol 3,4,5-trisphosphate, followed by phosphatidylinositol 3,4-bisphosphate and phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate.

  • Target Tissue Specificity

Predominantly expressed in peripheral blood leukocytes, spleen, and thymus.
