The antibody against GPR82 was raised in rabbit using the Recombinant Human Probable G-protein coupled receptor 82 protein (273-336AA) as the immunogen. This antibody exists as a non-conjugated isotype IgG, purified by protein G with a purity greater than 95%. This antibody has been validated on ELISA, WB, IHC, IF.

Target Name
GPR82
Target Full Name
Probable G-protein coupled receptor 82
Target Function
Orphan receptor.
Target Subcellular Location
Cell membrane; Multi-pass membrane protein.
Target Protein Families
G-protein coupled receptor 1 family
Target Synonyms
GPR82; Probable G-protein coupled receptor 82
Target Background
The protein encoded by this gene is an orphan G protein-coupled receptor of unknown function. The encoded protein is a member of a family of proteins that contain seven transmembrane domains and transduce extracellular signals through heterotrimeric G proteins.
