Pseudouridine synthase that catalyzes pseudouridylation of mRNAs. Mediates pseudouridylation of mRNAs with the consensus sequence 5'-GUUCNANNC-3', harboring a stem-loop structure. Constitutes the major pseudouridine synthase acting on mRNAs.
