The antibody against CXCL9 was raised in rabbit using the Synthetic peptide from Human protein at AA range: 90-125 as the immunogen. This antibody exists as a non-conjugated antibody. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit serum by affinity-chromatography using specific immunogen. This antibody has been validated on IHC, ELISA.

Target Background
This antimicrobial gene is part of a chemokine superfamily that encodes secreted proteins involved in immunoregulatory and inflammatory processes. The protein encoded is thought to be involved in T cell trafficking. The encoded protein binds to C-X-C motif chemokine 3 and is a chemoattractant for lymphocytes but not for neutrophils.
