The antibody against JunD was raised in Rabbit using a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 100-200 of human JunD (P17535) as the immunogen. The monoclonal antibody exists as a isotype IgG, by affinity purification. This antibody has been validated on WB, IP, ChIP, ELISA, CUT&Tag.

Nucleus.
Target Protein Families
BZIP family, Jun subfamily
Target Synonyms
Activator protein 1; AP 1; AP1; Jun D; jun D proto oncogene; Jund; JunD FL isoform; JUND_HUMAN; Transcription factor jun D; Transcription factor jun-D
Target Background
The protein encoded by this intronless gene is a member of the JUN family, and a functional component of the AP1 transcription factor complex. This protein has been proposed to protect cells from p53-dependent senescence and apoptosis. Alternative translation initiation site usage results in the production of different isoforms (PMID:12105216).
