The antibody against deoD was raised in rabbit using the Recombinant Escherichia coli Purine nucleoside phosphorylase DeoD-type protein (2-239AA) as the immunogen. This antibody exists as a non-conjugated isotype IgG, purified by protein G with a purity greater than 95%. This antibody has been validated on ELISA, WB.

Target Name
DEOD
Target Function
Catalyzes the reversible phosphorolytic breakdown of the N-glycosidic bond in the beta-(deoxy)ribonucleoside molecules, with the formation of the corresponding free purine bases and pentose-1-phosphate. Acts on 6-amino and 6-oxopurines including deoxyinosine, deoxyguanosine, deoxyadenosine, adenosine, guanosine, and inosine. Does not act on xanthosine. May also catalyze a phosphate-dependent transfer of the pentose moiety from one purine base to another.
