The antibody against mscL was raised in rabbit using the Recombinant Escherichia coli O157:H7 Large-conductance mechanosensitive channel protein (1-136AA) as the immunogen. This antibody exists as a biotin conjugated isotype IgG, purified by protein G with a purity greater than 95%. This antibody has been validated on ELISA.
