Flow cytometry: 1X10^6 HeLa cells (negative control, left)?and U-937 cells (right) were surface-stained with CD327/SIGLEC6 Rabbit mAb or ABflo? 647 Rabbit IgG isotype control, followed by Alexa Fluor? 647 conjugated goat anti-rabbit pAb staining. Non-fluorescently stained cells were used as blank control (red line).

Target Background
This gene encodes a member of the SIGLEC (sialic acid binding immunoglobulin-like lectin) family of proteins. The encoded transmembrane receptor binds sialyl-TN glycans and leptin. Placental expression of the encoded protein is upregulated in preeclampsia.
