The antibody against FARP1 was raised in rabbit using the Recombinant Human FERM, ARHGEF and pleckstrin domain-containing protein 1 protein (1-300AA) as the immunogen. This antibody exists as a hrp conjugated isotype IgG, purified by protein G with a purity greater than 95%. This antibody has been validated on ELISA.

Target Function
Functions as guanine nucleotide exchange factor for RAC1. May play a role in semaphorin signaling. Plays a role in the assembly and disassembly of dendritic filopodia, the formation of dendritic spines, regulation of dendrite length and ultimately the formation of synapses.
