The antibody against GNG10 was raised in Rabbit using the recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-68 of human GNG10 (NP_001017998.1) as the immunogen. The polyclonal antibody exists as a isotype IgG, by affinity purification. This antibody has been validated on WB, ELISA.

Target Name
GNG10
Target Full Name
Guanine nucleotide-binding protein G(I)/G(S)/G(O) subunit gamma-10
Target Function
Guanine nucleotide-binding proteins (G proteins) are involved as a modulator or transducer in various transmembrane signaling systems. The beta and gamma chains are required for the GTPase activity, for replacement of GDP by GTP, and for G protein-effector interaction. Interacts with beta-1 and beta-2, but not with beta-3.
Target Subcellular Location
Cell membrane; Lipid-anchor; Cytoplasmic side.
Target Protein Families
G protein gamma family
Target Tissue Specificity
Abundantly and ubiquitously expressed.
Target Synonyms
GBG10_HUMAN; GNG10; Guanine nucleotide-binding protein G(I)/G(S)/G(O) subunit gamma-10
Target Background
Predicted to enable G-protein beta-subunit binding activity. Predicted to be involved in G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway. Predicted to be located in plasma membrane. Predicted to be part of heterotrimeric G-protein complex.
