Flow cytometry: 1X10^6 Jurkat cells (negative control, left)?and KARPAS 299 cells (right) were surface-stained with PD-L2/CD273 Rabbit mAb or ABflo? 647 Rabbit IgG isotype control, followed by ABflo? 647 conjugated goat anti-rabbit pAb staining. Non-fluorescently stained cells were used as blank control (red line).
