The antibody against RAB18 was raised in Rabbit using the recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-206 of human RAB18 (NP_067075.1) as the immunogen. The polyclonal antibody exists as a isotype IgG, by affinity purification. This antibody has been validated on WB, ELISA.

AA959686; RAB18; RAB18 small GTPase; RAB18; member RAS oncogene family; RAB18_HUMAN; RAB18LI1; Ras related protein Rab 18; Ras-asssociated protein RAB18; Ras-related protein Rab-18; RP11-148B2.1; WARBM3
Target Background
The protein encoded by this gene is a member of a family of Ras-related small GTPases that regulate membrane trafficking in organelles and transport vesicles. Knockdown studies is zebrafish suggest that this protein may have a role in eye and brain development. Mutations in this gene are associated with Warburg micro syndrome type 3. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been found for this gene.
