Flow cytometry: 1X10^6 Neuro-2a cells (negative control, left)?and NIH/3T3 cells (right) were surface-stained with IL1R1/CD121a Rabbit mAb or PE Rabbit IgG isotype control, followed by PE Donkey anti-rabbit Antibody staining. Non-fluorescently stained cells were used as blank control (red line).
