Flow cytometry: 1X10^6 Neuro-2a cells (negative control, left)?and bEnd.3 cells (right) were surface-stained with JAM-A/CD321 Rabbit mAb or ABflo? 594 Rabbit IgG isotype control, followed by ABflo? 594-conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) staining. Non-fluorescently stained cells were used as blank control (red line).
