The recombinant Human DDTL protein production is achieved through the manipulation of desired gene expression in e.coli cells. The sequence (1-134aa) of foreign DNA is fused to an expression vector and then transformed into e.coli cells. The positive cells are selected and cultured to induce the expression of the desired protein. A N-terminal 10xHis tag and C-terminal Myc tag is fused to the protein. The recombinant Human DDTL protein is subjected to affinity purification. Its purity is over 90%, as measured by SDS-PAGE.
